We never hide from your needs before or after the sale.

Shipping: Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. Orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process if out of stock or back ordered. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.
Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location. Please contact us for any custom axle assemblies for estimated ship time.

Shipping costs are NOT refundable.

Typical shipping time is 2-5 business days.

For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.

Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Returns/Exchanges:
RWK Haus Supply gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise.

Note that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized.

Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows: Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees After 30 days of invoice date: store credit only, less any restocking fees After 90 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 90 days

Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a possible re-boxing fee.

Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, axle assemblies, axle housings, any custom ordered part, and closeouts.

Comparable / Similar Product Substitution: If we are out of a product, an exact ‘Like’ Item of same quality and price may be substituted without notice to the customer. We do our best to contact the customer prior to this unlikely event, but in some cases this is done as a service to the customer. Allowing timely delivery, of same quality of look, feel, appearance, fitment and strength.

IF this is not acceptable to you, then please call prior to order to ensure that the exact item your requesting is in current inventory.

We will never ship you a item of lower quality in place of the item you paid for. But in drivetrain parts, many items are ‘Like’ in quality, fitment and strength, just in different box name.
