products for some time now. I have been in the off road arena for over a decade
and have seen many company’s come and go.
During that time, there has been a few that I wish would have
left due to price or customer service issues.
Seems you have to pay a lot to get little, or no service at times, and
other times you don't pay much but still should get good service you deserve
it, when giving your business to a company.

Haus Supply, I vow to not pull your leg and to deliver what you pay for in a honest fashion.
No more dealing with a company that tells you, Oh it’s in stock
and you will have it in 2 days. Only to
wonder where your locker is 2 weeks later!
That’s not acceptable, to me nor to the customer. Things happen yes, but, I feel you have to be
honest and forward with your customers.
Even though our website isn’t the fanciest or the best
informative, we vow to give you the best customer service at the most
reasonable or lowest pricing in the industry.
The semi-basic web site shows that we keep the over head low, so
the prices to you ultimately are the lowest.
If you ever feel you’re not getting the service you deserve,
PLEASE call and speak up & be heard!
I call and make sure my bank knows when it isn’t living up to its
claims or when that steak just isn’t done right, I send it back. That’s the same I would expect of anyone that
has dealings with
RWK Haus Supply.
We are here for you from the start of the research or purchase,
thru to the receiving of the product(s), and even if Murphy gets involved and
you need to return something, we will be here to do what we can there
also.
